Selected Projects
Barossie
Kemang + BSDBarossie is a project that elevates a family-owned dry cleaning service with an atmosphere of elegance and calm simplicity. The design thoughtfully blends modern function with cultural heritage by integrating rattan weaving that features a Minang songket pattern, a beautiful tribute to the family's West Sumatran roots. Created in close collaboration with local artisans, this design proves that contemporary commercial spaces can honor tradition while allowing the pristine cleanliness of the clothes to become the focal point.Team: Diastika King, Fizilia Fairuziah Sinebah, Benedicta Gloryane
Rumah Cipete
JakartaRumah Cipete reimagines the classic American farmhouse style, drawing inspiration from the client's years living in Los Angeles. Rather than simply replicating a foreign aesthetic, our studio adapted the design to its tropical South Jakarta setting by prioritizing functionality and collaborating with local vendors and artisans. This project demonstrates how a classic style can be beautifully reinterpreted for its environment, creating a home that is deeply personal while remaining rooted in its local materials, community, and climate.Team: Diastika King, Fizilia Fairuziah Sinebah
Hotel Jimbaran
BaliHotel Jimbaran is a concept design that stands as our studio's vision for the future of Balinese hospitality. In a market often driven by foreign trends, we envision a luxurious and serene experience that is deeply rooted in the island's natural and cultural landscape. The design seamlessly integrates a rich palette of local Balinese elements—from intricate wood carvings and lava stone walls to constructed waterways—created in close collaboration with the community. This approach emphasizes harmony with the surrounding environment and celebrates ancestral traditions, proving that architecture can be both contemporary and a profound tribute to its place.
Villa Padangbai
BaliVilla Padangbai is a project that demonstrates how a fast-paced build can still honor local wisdom and collaboration. This villa was designed in just two months and constructed in four, a rapid timeline made possible by our deep respect for the community's expertise. By working closely with local builders, we leveraged their familiarity with native materials and traditional techniques to create a beautiful, high-quality home that is perfectly suited for its tropical environment.Team: Diastika King, Fizilia Fairuziah Sinebah, Benedicta Gloryane

Rumah Kedungu
BaliRumah Kedungu is our studio's statement on the future of Balinese architecture. While many contemporary projects favor foreign trends, this house reinterprets the Balinese home by thoughtfully integrating a new take on Indonesian wooden columns, rattan weaving, and batik fabrics. By collaborating with the community and championing the work of local vendors and artisans, we created a warm and cozy space that reflects the serene parts of the island and is deeply rooted in its tropical environment and cultural heritage.
Rumah Kebo Iwa
BaliRumah Kebo Iwa is a renovation project that exemplifies our studio's commitment to thoughtful and sustainable design. Instead of demolishing and rebuilding, we embraced the challenges of a fixed structural plan and a limited total area. The result is a highly functional space perfectly tailored to the client’s lifestyle. By championing the skills of local Balinese vendors and artisans through close collaboration, the design beautifully showcases handcrafted details throughout the home. This project proves that working within existing constraints can lead to a home that is both modern and deeply rooted in its environment and community.Team: Team: Diastika King, Fizilia Fairuziah Sinebah
